  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the courier, it's largely in their hands.

  • If you're in the UK or EEA, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.
  • To start a return, contact us using the contact form on the site. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
