Returns and refunds

REFUNDS: If you change your mind within 28 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a refund if it's unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be sent fully tracked, with tracking details emailed to us along with your name, order number and reason for refund. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you'll need to cover the cost of return postage. If your return arrives outside the 28-day window, we'll do our best to offer a credit note, but please contact us before sending.

EXCHANGES: Because we make in small batches, exchanges aren't always possible. The earlier you ask, the better your chances. Email us with your order details and what you'd like to swap. If we can make the change, we'll do so. If not, we'll issue a refund (excluding any shipping). We'll need to charge you postage for any replacements.

THE SMALL PRINT: Once your return arrives, we'll check it over and process your refund within 1–5 days. If the item shows signs of use or arrives in an unsellable condition, we'll get in touch. In those cases, the item would be returned to you and no refund issued. That hasn't happened yet, but it's important to say.
